What is it?
I've expected this question. qPS is a PsychoStats modification.
The main feature of my mod is 'Portal' page with news, polls, comments, some data blocks etc.
This is the thing you ever needed to create simple CS site where you can put the latest server news.
This mod gives you more control on your stats.
